MagicSlides was built to be simple for individuals — now we’ve made it seamless for teams too. Businesses everywhere can now benefit from:

Setting Up Your Team
Create Your Workspace
Follow these steps to create your workspace:
- Sign in to your MagicSlides account.
- Choose the Team plan.
- Your workspace is ready!
Invite Your Team
Once your workspace is set up, it’s time to bring your teammates in:
- Go to Members/Invite.
- Enter your teammates’ email addresses.
- Click Send invites.
Note: You must be a workspace admin to add members. If you’re not an admin, reach out to the workspace owner.
How to Set Up Branding
MagicSlides lets you create custom themes so your team stays on brand with every deck. Themes include fonts, colors, and logo placements that sync across your workspace.
To create a custom theme:
- Open any presentation in MagicSlides.
- Click on media option on navbar
- select background you either upload new theme image or you can change background color
- Update fonts, colors, and logo options.
- Add watermark
- Click Save — your theme is now available to everyone in the workspace.

What payment methods does MagicSlides accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.) and popular UPI payments.
Where can I find or update my invoice?
From your MagicSlides dashboard, go to Settings → Billing. There you can update payment details, download invoices, or manage your subscription.
Can I mix different subscription plans in one workspace?
No — your subscription level is tied to the workspace, not individual users. Everyone in a workspace shares the same plan for consistency.
How do I get more help with my workspace?
For the fastest support, log in to your MagicSlides account and click the ? icon in the bottom-right corner, then select Contact Support. You can also browse our Help Center for guides and tutorials.
